Use these procedures to refit the base.
Checking the radial sealing on the swing (IP67 and Clean Room)

Action
For robots with protection type Clean Room:
Clean the joints that have been opened and wipe
the parts free from particles with spirit on a lint
free.
Check the radial sealing on the swing.
Replace if damaged, as described below.
In order to replace the radial sealing, both the
axis-1 mechanical stop and the axis-1 gearbox
must be removed from the swing, if not already
removed.
Apply a little grease to the new sealing when re-
placing the radial sealing and wipe clean after the
replacement.
Place the new sealing in its groove in the swing.
Place the small circular plate of the radial sealing
fitting tool in and against the swing.
