Action
Remove the screws and washers.
Tip
Three screw holes have no screws fitted in.
Take photos of the screw and washer position
before removing them, to have as a reference
when refitting.

Separate the base from the swing.
CAUTION
The axis-1 mechanical stop is accessible now.
Put it aside for later refitting.
