BSD-ON: BSD 3.8 - Electronic Billing
There is a software key mismatch.
Procedure
Turn the power OFF then ON. If the problem persists, perform the following procedure to
repair it.
Reload software GP 16. Replace the MCU PWB
Go to Machine ID/Billing Data.
Initial Issue
WorkCentre 5335 Family Service Documentation
(PL 18.2) and the ESS PWB (PL 35.2).

Procedure
Turn the power OFF then ON. Execute NVM
NVM locations:
[700-603]
[700-604]
[700-605]
The 3 values match.
Y N
Go to Machine ID/Billing Data.
Reload software GP 16. Replace the MCU PWB
Read/Write. Compare the values in the following
(PL 18.2) and the ESS PWB (PL 35.2).
