Removal
1.
Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
2.
Remove the following covers
(Figure
a.
Pull off the ESS Cap Cover.
b.
ESS Cover (2 Screws).
c.
Left Rear Middle Cover (2 Screws).
d.
Fax Cover, and Rear Upper Cover (2 Screws).
e.
Rear Lower Cover (3 Screws).

Remove the Fuser Exhaust Fan Assembly
a.
Disconnect the connector.
b.
Remove the Screw (1) and the fan assembly.

Disconnect the following connectors
a.
Takeaway Motor connector.
b.
MCU PWB top and right side connectors, and release the wires from the clamps.
