9.38 The Return Call feature allows Voice Mail users to return a call to the person who left a
message, as long as the call was received from an extension number or an outside number with
Caller ID [CLIP]. It is part of the "Reply" option described in the procedure below.
9.39 Whenever you access Voice Mail as a subscriber, you are told how many new and saved
messages you have. From the Main Menu:

number. If the message was from an outside caller, you cannot leave a Voice
Mail message.

to make a return call. Your call is transferred automatically to the

caller's extension or telephone number, if available. If the extension number
is not available, you have the option of leaving Voice Mail. If the telephone
number is not available, you cannot reply to the message.

to forward a copy of the message to another subscriber. If you want to
