Installing CPU020/PCM or CPU020/PCMA Cards
10.13 If the CPU020 card and the PCM or PCMA card are purchased separately, you must
install the special software components and connect the two cards as outlined below.
NOTE:

ponents. The boot ROM and memory map PAL should be labeled with the part numbers
and installed in socket numbers U25 and U41 respectively. If installing a PCMA card
for an ATM-based system, make sure an ATM PAL is present on the board (U13).
NOTE:
PAL in U13 is the correct part number (827.9683 for 7.0 and 827.9413 for 6.0). Version
8.0, however, supports any ATM PAL.
Place the CPU020 card on a clean, flat, anti-static, non-conductive surface.

Carefully install the software components in the corresponding sockets on the card.

seated. If applicable, secure the cards together using the supplied screws.
NOTE:
