Code
375 The Agent Help feature allows a station user to request
help from a designated "Agent Help Extension" during a
two- or three-party call.
376 When a request-for-help call rings, the Agent Help Exten-
sion can choose to join the call or enter this feature code
to reject the request.
351 Answers the call that has been ringing or holding the
longest at that station. See
(Inter-Tel phones use the ANSWER button.)
320 Allows a user to generate diagnostics information for
audio problems. After the Audio Diagnostics feature is
initiated, the user is prompted to answer questions about
the audio problems by pressing the associated buttons
on his or her endpoint. Based on the user's selections,
the system generates alarm 128 which appears on the
administrator's endpoint. The collected data is then sent
to Inter-Tel Technical Support via Automatic Diagnostics
Delivery (ADD) if enabled.
360 (Inter-Tel Phones Only) Allows the phone user to deter-
mine how ringing outside calls are answered: simply by
lifting the handset or pressing the Speaker button (auto-
matic answer); or by lifting the handset or pressing the
Speaker button and pressing a CALL button, individual
trunk button, or the ANSWER button.
NOTE:
This enables/disables the Automatic Answer CO
flag (under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Sta-
tions\Local\<station>\Flags).
361 (Inter-Tel Phones Only) Allows the phone user to deter-
mine how ringing intercom calls are answered: simply by
lifting the handset (automatic answer); or by lifting the
handset and pressing the IC button (or a CALL button, if
there is no IC button).
NOTE:
This enables/disables the Automatic Answer IC
flag (under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Sta-
tions\Local\<station>\Flags).
350 Using this feature code, station users with allowed
answer can pick up trunks that are ringing into the sys-
tem but that are not actually ringing at their stations. This
feature does not pick up transferred calls or recalls that
are ringing at the station.
313 (Inter-Tel Phones Only) Turns ON and OFF background
music heard through the phone speaker. (Analog phones
have a default MUSIC button.)
