Places system in night mode or cancels night mode.

While in night mode, the night toll and trunk restriction

lists are used and the night transfer relays on the OPC

are activated.

Periodic diagnostics extends and improves the function-

ality and checks and reconciliations performed on vari-

ous resources in the system.

Can be used for programming station, system, and trunk

lowed by location codes (000-999 or 0000-4999).
