Range
0-255
Applicable to the System for Japan only. If the Call Delivered response
seconds
(connect message) is not received before this timer expires, the System
disconnects the call.
1-255
Used for AT&T 5ESS custom switch type only. If the appropriate Call Pro-
seconds
ceeding response (Alerting, Connect, or Disconnect) is not received
before this timer expires, the requesting system sends a Disconnect.
1-255
If the appropriate Connect Acknowledge is not received before this timer
seconds
expires, the requesting system sends a Disconnect.
1-255
This timer is initiated when the data link layer is disconnected and is ter-
seconds
minated when the data link is re-established. If the link is re-established
before this timer expires, the call is reconnected. If the timer expires
before the link is established, the call is released, and the B-channel is
cleared.
1-255
This timer is initiated when the data link layer fails and is terminated when
seconds
the data link is re-established. If this timer expires before the link is re-
established, the system attempts to establish the link by sending a Data
Link Establish Request.
1-255
If the Disconnect or Release response is not received before this timer
seconds
expires, the requesting system sends a Release.
1-65535
This timer controls how long the ISDN Data Link layer will remain idle
tenths
before transmitting a Receive Ready (RR) Supervisory frame or an infor-
mation frame, once multi-frame operation has been established.
1-255
This timer determines the number of seconds that the system will wait
seconds
between messages during the overlap receiving process. This timer is
started whenever the system receives a setup acknowledge message. It
is then restarted every time the system receives an information message
during the overlap receiving process. After the last information message
is received, the system has until this timer expires to send a call progress
message (for example, alerting, connected, etc.). If the system does not
send a call progress message or if the system does not receive an infor-
mation message before this timer expires, the call is cleared
1-255
This timer determines the number of seconds that the system will wait
seconds
between messages during the overlap sending process. This timer is
started when the system receives the setup acknowledge message from
the network provider. It is then restarted every time the system sends an
information message during the overlap sending process. After the last
information message is sent, the system waits for a call progress mes-
sage (for example, alerting, connected, etc.) from the network provider. If
the system does not receive a call progress message or if the system
does not send an information message before this timer expires, the call
is cleared.
1-255
If the appropriate Release response (Release Complete) is not received
seconds
before this timer expires, the requesting system sends another Release
or releases the B-channel and Call Reference value.
