12. VOICE PROCESSOR SAVE AND RESTORE
12.1 The selective Voice Processor Save and Restore options are available under the Data-
base Operations submenu in the Operations drop-down menu.
NOTE:
Ensure the VPU is attached during a restore. If the VPU is not attached, the system
will not restore the non-associated mailbox information.
12.2 To ensure that you have enough diskettes for saving the data, check the Disk Usage Sta-
tistics report (as shown on
page
6-345) to determine the number of minutes used for the voice
mail data. Each diskette will hold 5-6 minutes of data. To calculate the number of diskettes
needed, divide the number of minutes used (shown in the statistics) by 5.
12.3 When you select either Voice Processor Save or Voice Processor Restore from Opera-
tions - Database Operations, one of the following windows appears:
