C. ATTACH TWO UNITS TOGETHER, IF NECESSARY

To create a dual-chassis system, connect two basic chassis together as follows:
NOTE:
create a dual-chassis system. If you are rack mounting the chassis or stacking them vertically,
instead of following these procedures, use the longer expansion cable (part no. 813.1636-1B) to
connect the chassis.
On one equipment chassis, remove the two screws securing the small access panel on

the right side of the chassis and set the panel aside.
On the other chassis, remove the two screws securing the small access panel on the left

side of the chassis and set the panel aside.
With the cutouts to the middle, place the two chassis side by side.

Using the screws removed in steps 1 and 2, connect the two chassis together as shown
