Perform the remaining programming necessary to meet the customer's needs. This may

Voice Processor: Program other Voice Processor applications (including call rout-
ing and Fax-On-Demand), extension IDs, group lists, mailboxes, Voice Processor

System-Wide Flags: Program system flags to enable the necessary features. (See

Announce On System Forward Transfer flag disabled (it is enabled by default).

ACD Hunt Group Agent IDs: If needed, program the Agent IDs used in ACD

Maintenance: Program call cost, freeze zones, message print, and SMDR infor-

Numbering Plan: Program toll restriction area flags, emergency number informa-
tion, toll strings, classes of service, and user groups (user groups are not applica-
ble to European systems). Also set up ARS route groups, dial rules, and facility
