ers\brooktrt\install directory type install -r < uninstall.rsp), remove and re-install the
fax card, then reinstall the driver (install < install.rsp). Restart the system; the system
should be able to detect the fax card.

If using the Unified Messaging feature, the Voice Processing PC must have a security
key attached to the parallel port. See
