4.10 Extension numbers are recognized as feature codes by the system. When the system is
in the default state, the extension numbers are assigned as follows:

Using this feature code you can query the status of various
devices on the system based on the status of the traffic
flags in DB Programming. The output is sent to Message
Print.
9987 [9187]
Allows the user to change the system wide SIP output
value. Options include No Output, Headers and Full Out-
put.
9928 [9128]
To check the call processing software version at an Admin-
istrator's phone, you can enable diagnostics mode, then
enter this feature code to view the version and date of the
call processing software.
NOTE:
For SIP endpoints, this feature code displays the
firmware version of the endpoint, not the Call Processing
version.
9910-9912
This is used by Inter-Tel software developers and cannot
[9110-9112]
be used in Beta or Production software.
9974 [9174]
This is used by Inter-Tel software developers and cannot
be used in Beta or Production software.
9983 [9183]
This is used by Inter-Tel software developers and cannot
be used in Beta or Production software.
9973 [9173]
Used during troubleshooting to seize a specific trunk or
station by indicating the board number, port number, and
device number.
9993 [9193]
The system fault history can be halted (frozen) or re-
enabled using these feature codes when diagnostics mode
9998 [9198]
is enabled. The fault history is used by service personnel
when troubleshooting the system
