3.114 The Diagnostics folders, located within each trunk port folder in DB Programming, are

The system initiates this timer when a Channel Restart message is sent.

the public network. If the Restart Acknowledge is not received before this
timer expires, the system sends a second Restart message to the public
network. If the timer expires a second time and a Restart Acknowledge
has not been received from the public network, the system idles the
respective channel.
