Configure a filter for outgoing routing updates.

distribute-list prefix-list-name out [interface | bgp |
connected | isis |ospf | static]
To delete the filter, use the no distribute-list prefix-list-name out
command.

Description
Introduced on the C-Series.
Introduced on the E-Series.
— enters PREFIX-LIST mode and configures a prefix list.
Enter the name of a configured prefix list.
(OPTIONAL) Identifies the interface type slot/port as one of
the following:
• For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-
channel then a number. The range is from 1 to 512.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port information.
• For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE then the slot/port information.
• For a VLAN, enter the keyword vlan then a number from
1 to 4094.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword connected to filter only
directly connected routes.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword isis to filter only IS-IS
routes.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword ospf to filter all OSPF routes.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword static to filter manually
configured routes.
