Usage Broadcast traffic (all 0xFs) should be counted against the broadcast storm control
Information meter, not against the multicast storm control meter. It is possible, however, that
some multicast control traffic may get dropped when storm control thresholds are
exceeded.

Configure the percentage of multicast traffic allowed on an C-Series or S-Series interface (ingress only)
network only.

multicast packets_per_second in command.
