REP 5.7 Duplex Solenoid

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine, GP 14. Disconnect the power cord from the
customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can
cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
WARNING
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. If installed, remove the rear wall, PL 8.10 Item 6.
2. Remove the DADH rear cover, PL 5.10 Item 1.
3. Prepare to remove the drive assembly, Figure 1.

NOTE: To release the tension on the drive belts, refer to ADJ 5.1.
4. Remove the drive assembly, Figure 2.

Disconnect 3 ground
harnesses.

Remove 3 self tapping
screws marked A.

Remove the drive assembly.

5. Remove the duplex solenoid, Figure 3.
Disconnect PJ203 and
PJ204.

Release the harnesses.
