Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine, GP 14. Disconnect the power cord from the
customer supply, while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can
cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
WARNING
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
NOTE: All major HVF covers are dealt with in this procedure, only remove the covers listed for
the procedure that you are performing.
Remove the HVF covers as follows:
1. Front door and door support removal. Disengage the upper hinge and lower hinge pins,
and remove the front door and support assembly, Figure 1.

2. If required, remove 5 screws to separate the door support from the front door.
3. Front cover removal. Remove the front door assembly and top cover (see Figure 2), then
remove 4 screws holding the cover to the frame. Lift the cover to disengage the bottom
locating tabs from the frame, Figure 1.
