Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine, GP 14. Disconnect the power cord from the
customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can
cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.

Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.

Figure 1. Remove the terminal from the housing, using the Molex, Mini-Fit extractor tool.

Withdraw the terminal
from the connector body

Cut off the damaged terminal, then strip 4mm of insulation from the end of the wire.
Replacement
1.
Select the correct terminal type:
•
Male, PL 31.25 Item 3.
•
Female, PL 31.25 Item 4.

Figure 2.Insert the terminal into the appropriate position of the crimp tool and close the
tool just enough to hold the terminal.
