22-419 Embedded Fax Enable Failure RAP
22-419 The system manager failed to enable embedded fax option.
Procedure
Perform the following:
•
Switch off the machine, then switch on the machine, GP 14.
•
Go to 20G Embedded Fax Checkout.
•
To enable the option perform the following:
1.
Press the (Access) button to enter the Tools pathway.
2.
On the key pad enter (1111) or the current password and select Enter.
3.
Select Go to Tools.
4.
Wait for the screen to refresh and select More.
5.
Select Optional Services.
6.
Select the Embedded fax.
7.
Select Enable.
8.
Select Save
9.
Select Exit Tools
10. The network controller, if fitted will reset with the new configuration. When complete
the optional feature removed will not appear in the machine user interface screen.

To disable the option perform the following:

Select the Embedded fax.
7.
Select Disable.
8.
Select Save
9.
Select Exit Tools
10. The network controller, if fitted will reset with the new configuration. When complete
the optional feature removed will not appear in the machine user interface screen.

The embedded fax disable failure still occur. Go to dC132 NVM initialization and select All
Copier NVM and reset the NVM.
