ip ftp server
Use the ip ftp server command to enable the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server. The default-filesystem
keyword specifies the default location for the FTP server to retrieve and store files. Use the no form of this
command to disable the FTP server.Variations of this command include:
ip ftp server
ip ftp server default-filesystem cflash
ip ftp server default-filesystem flash
Syntax Description
default-filesystem cflash
default-filesystem flash
Default Values
By default, the ip ftp server default-filesystem is set to flash.
Usage Examples
The following example enables the default FTP server cflash file system:
ProCurve(config)#ip ftp server default-filesystem cflash
5991-2114
Optional. Specifies that the FTP server use the compact flash as the
default file system.
Optional Specifies that the FTP server use the flash as the default file
system.
