Modem Interface Configuration Command Set

Use the dialin command to enable the modem for remote console dial-in, disabling the use of the modem

for backup. Use the no form of this command to disable this feature.

Syntax Description

No subcommands.

Default Values

By default, dialin is disabled.

Usage Examples

The following example enables remote console dial-in:

ProCurve(config)#interface modem 1/2

ProCurve(config-modem 1/2)#dialin
