Commands for Status Monitoring and Statistics

enable sflow

Globally enables sFlow statistical packet sampling.

Syntax Description

This command has no arguments or variables.

Usage Guidelines

This command enables sFlow globally on the switch.

On the BlackDiamond 8800 family of switches, sFlow and mirroring are mutually exclusive. You can enable either

sFlow, or mirroring, but not both.

The following command enables sFlow sampling globally:

enable sflow

This command was first available in ExtremeWare XOS 11.0.

Platform Availability

This command is available on all platforms.
