Value is the date and time the last successful Characterize Preselector was executed. The date is
separated from the time by a space character. Returns "" if no Characterize Preselector has ever
been performed on the instrument.
In models that do not include preselectors, this command is not enabled and any attempt to set or
query will yield an error.
