<location>Braking Module internal is inhibited
Message value:
%1
Drive object:
BIC_SINUMERIK_828
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
The internal Braking Module was inhibited via the binector input BI: p3680 = 1 signal.
In the inhibited state, energy cannot be dissipated using the braking resistor.
See also: p3680 (Braking Module internal inhibit)
Remedy:
Release the internal Braking Module (BI: p3680 = 0 signal).
206905
<location>Braking Module internal I2t shutdown alarm
Message value:
%1
Drive object:
BIC_SINUMERIK_828
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
The internal Braking Module outputs an alarm due to the high I2t value.
80% of the maximum switch-on duration of the braking resistor has been reached.
Note:
This message is also displayed via BO: p3685.
See also: r3685 (Digital Braking Module: Pre-alarm I2t shutdown)
Remedy:
Reduce the number of braking operations.
206906
<location>Braking Module internal fault
Message value:
%1
Drive object:
BIC_SINUMERIK_828
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY
Cause:
The internal Braking Module outputs a fault due to overcurrent or an excessively high I2t value and is therefore inhib-
ited.
Note:
This message is also displayed via BO: p3686.
Fault value (r0949, interpret bitwise binary):
Bit 0 = 1: I2t exceeded
Bit 1 = 1: overcurrent
See also: r3686 (Digital Braking Module Fault)
Remedy:
Reduce the number of braking operations.
