Definitions:
The area %1 has disabled the channel switchover at the moment, as it is performing a critical operation (e.g. execution
from external sources, etc.), during which no channel switchover may occur.
Reaction:
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Wait until the critical operation is finished or end the critical operation manually.

003: MMC has requested the active operating mode and is waiting for acknowledgement from the PLC.
Remedy:
Check whether the switchover blocks are loaded and started in the online PLC.

Definitions:
The control is so heavily loaded by the processing of a subroutine, that it cannot keep all the display values up-to-date.
Reaction:
Alarm display.
Remedy:
The alarm disappears automatically as soon as the overload situation has been eliminated.
If this alarm occurrs often, the start-up engineer will have to take appropriate measures (e.g. reduce IPO clock pulse
rate).
