Remedy:
For some measuring versions, for example measuring spigots, in addition to the actual measuring paths, intermediate
paths are generated that are traversed with a specified feed.
The values for the feed are specified:
- For 840D: in parameters _SPEED[1] and _SPEED[2] in GUD6.
- For 840D sl: in setting data 55631 $SCS_MEA_FEED_PLANE_VALUE and 55632
