If you want to use the external OTG transceiver ability to provide I
to the transceiver D+ and D- pins, it is necessary to control the OTG
transceiver OEn input using an OMAP5912 GPIO pin. It is also necessary to
set USB_TRANSCEIVER_CTRL.CONF_USB0_ISOLATE to 1 to ensure that

C signals have no effect on the OMAP5912 USB controllers.
