In the 8-partition mode, the (R/X)PABLK and (R/X)PBBLK bits are ignored and
the 16-channel blocks are assigned to the partitions as shown in Table 7 and
Table 8. These assignments cannot be changed. The tables also show the
registers used to control the channels in the partitions.
