(2) Unfasten the bolts and nuts to remove the flywheel housing.
NOTICE
•
If there is no dedicated engine bench, the engine cannot be
supported. In this case, turn over the engine and place the
cylinder block joint surface on the wooden workbench during
work.
•
If the flywheel housing does not come off smoothly, tempo-
rarily fasten one mounting nut in the center of the flywheel
housing and use a plastic hammer to tap the back face to
remove the flywheel housing.

(3) Unfasten the damping stud from the flywheel housing.
