5. MOUNTING THE LEAKAGE PIPE
(1) Remove dirt or foreign matters from the gasket mounting surface.
UNION BOLT
(2) Mount the leakage pipe to the injector and cylinder head with a
new gasket and 5 union bolts.
Tightening Torque:
9.8-4.7 N·m {100-149 kgf·cm, 7.3-10.8 lbf·ft}
! CAUTION
•
Do not reuse the old gasket.
•
The leakage pipe can be twisted easily. Use care in handling.

Note that the screw pitch is different between 4 injector
union bolts and the cylinder head union bolt.
