-csr-filename
-key-filename
Optional. This parameter specifies the filename to store the CSR file. If omitted, "server.csr"
(default name) is used. If the same filename already exists, it is overwritten.
csr-filename
Name of the file to store the CSR file
The following conversion specifications, which begin with a percent character,
are replaced by their corresponding values at execution time. If other conversion
strings are specified, this command terminates abnormally with an error
message.
