Optional. This parameter specifies whether the daylight saving time is enabled or not. If
omitted, the existing setting is not changed.

disable
DST is disabled.
When "enable" is specified, both the starting and the ending information must be specified.
When "disable" is specified, the starting nor the ending information cannot be specified.
Optional. This parameter specifies when DST (daylight saving time) starts, and must be
specified when enabling DST. If omitted, the existing setting is not changed.
There are two formats; "MMDDhh" and "MM,
{1st|2nd|3rd|4th|last},{sun|mon|tue|wed|thu|fri|sat},hh".
MMDDhh
"MM" is the starting month number (01 – 12), "DD" is the starting day number
(01 – 31), and "hh" is the starting hour in 24-hour time (00 – 23).
MM
, {1st|2nd|3rd|4th|last},{sun|mon|tue|wed|thu|fri|sat},
"MM" is the starting month number (01 – 12). Both "{1st|2nd|3rd|4th|last}" and
"{sun|mon|tue|wed|thu|fri|sat}" are pairs, and means the starting day and the
starting week. "hh" is the starting hour in 24-hour time (00 – 23).
