Check the currently configured AutoConfiguration mode (BMP or Normal reload) on a switch

running BMP 3.0 using the show reload-type command.
The show bootvar or show system brief commands can also be used to display the
current reload mode for BMP 3.0. The commands include the path of the FTOS image file
retrieved from a DHCP server.

Use the stop bmp command on a switch running BMP 3.0 if the switch enters a loop while

reloading in BMP mode; loop occurs when the switch is continuously trying to contact a DHCP
server and a DHCP server is not found. The stop bmp command stops the switch from
connecting to the DHCP server. After you use the stop bmp command, the next default
reload type is a normal reload. This is indicated in the show reload-type command.
