View flap statistics on BGP routes.

Syntax show ip bgp ipv4 multicast flap-statistics [ip-address [mask]]
[filter-list as-path-name] [regexp regular-expression]
Description
Displays the network ID to which the route is dampened.
Displays the IP address of the neighbor advertising the dampened
route.
Displays the hour:minutes:seconds until the dampened route is
available.
Lists all the ASs the dampened route passed through to reach the
destination network.
