Suppress network prefixes from being advertised in outbound updates.

Syntax distribute-list prefix-list-name out [connected | bgp as number
| ospf process-id | rip | static]
To return to the default values, use the no distribute-list prefix-list-name
out [bgp as number connected | ospf process-id | rip | static]
command.
