Configure the LACP port channel mode.

Enter the keywords port-channel followed by a number. For the
C-Series and S-Series, the range is 1 to 128. For the E-Series, the
range is 1 to 255 for TeraScale and 1 to 512 for ExaScale.
Enter the keyword active to set the mode to the active state.

Function
An interface is in an active negotiating state in this mode. LACP runs
on any link configured in the active state and also automatically
initiates negotiation with other ports by initiating LACP packets.
An interface is not in an active negotiating state in this mode. LACP
runs on any link configured in the passive state. Ports in a passive
state respond to negotiation requests from other ports that are in
active states. Ports in a passive state respond to LACP packets
An interface can not be part of a dynamic port channel in off mode.
LACP does not run on a port configured in off mode.
