Advertise dot3 TLVs (Type, Length, Value).

Syntax advertise dot3-tlv {max-frame-size}
To remove advertised dot3-tlv, use the no advertise dot3-tlv {max-frame-
size} command.

Enter the keywords vlan-name to advertise the vlan-name TLV.
This keyword is only supported on the C-Series and S-Series.
