QoS Commands

qos qset

Configures the QSet profile (QSP) parameters for the specified profile (QSP 1–4). A QSet refers to a set
of eight virtual output queues (VOQs) that is associated with each switch port and link aggregate (LAG).
VOQ management is implemented using a QSet framework. The QSet profile (QSP) defines the QoS
behavior for the QSet instance (QSI) associated with the profile.
qos qset {qsp-id qsp_id | qsp-name qsp_name} [wrp-id wrp_id | wrp-name wrp_name] [wred-admin
{enable | disable}] [stats-admin {enable | disable}]

Defaults
There are four pre-defined QSet profiles (QSP 1–4) that are configured with the following QSet param-
eter values:

Each of the four profiles is pre-configured with a different queuing scheme for the associated queues.

A QSet profile (QSP) ID number. The valid range is 1–4.
The QSet profile name (qsp-1, qsp-2, qsp-3, or qsp-4).
The WRED profile (WRP) ID to associate with the QSet profile.
The name of the WRED profile to associate with the QSet profile.
Enables the associated WRED profile for the QSet profile.
Disables the associated WRED profile for the QSet profile.
Enables scheduling statistics collection for the QSet queues.
Disables scheduling statistics collection for the QSet queues.
