Sub-GHz radio (SUBGHZ)
type in Set_PacketType() sent prior to this function, the parameters for generic packets
are interpreted as follows:

Br and Fdev are used for the transmission and reception.
•
Bw is used only for reception.
•
PulseShape represents the Gaussian filter that can be used to filter the modulation
stream at the transmitter.
