The system is equipped with an over pressure unit and a flow sensor.
Over pressure unit
The over pressure unit let the air out if pressure exceeds 0.4 bar.
Flow sensor
The flow sensor controls the leakage in the system and have a small display which
shows the leakage value.
The balancing device is not monitored by the flow sensor.
The flow sensor supervision is active when the system is set to Motors On and
Auto.
Air leakage
There is a constant, normal, leakage in the system. The leakage value is individual
for each system and is set by ABB when manufactured.
If the leakage exceeds a predefined value, the system alerts with a signal to the
I/O system. If the system alerts for too high leakage, detect the leakage and seal
it.
The I/O system is alerted when the leakage value is described as x + 1 l/min = alert
value (where x - normal leakage for the system). Reset level is set to x + 0.5 l/min.
