Action
Ensure that the guiding ring is positioned
on the gearbox.
Wipe clean the contact surfaces.
Secure the turning disc with new attach-
ment screws and washers.
CAUTION
The attachment screws can not be reused.
Tip
Use three M8x35 screws first to pull in the
turning disc against the gearbox, if needed.
Then remove the screws and secure the
turning disc with the specified attachment
screws.
Action
Refit the synchronization plate axis-6.
Re-calibrate the robot.
