Inspecting, mechanical stops
Use this procedure to inspect the additional mechanical stops.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
Make sure no additional stops are damaged.
Make sure the stops are properly attached.
Correct tightening torque, additional mechanical
stops:
• Axis 1 = 60 Nm.
If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops must
be replaced.
Correct attachment screws:
• Stainless steel M12x70 and stainless steel
washers (2 pcs per additional mechanical stop)
