1 Inspect DLC3 terminal voltage.

2 Check harness and connector.
(a) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between ECM and DLC3 (See page
IN−30).
(b) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between DLC3 and body ground
(See page IN−30).
OK
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in problem symptoms table (See page DI−1099)

− CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM (2ZZ−GE)
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Measure the voltage between terminal 13 (Tc) and 4 (CG)
of DLC3.
Voltage: 10 − 16 V
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in
problem symptoms table (See page DI−1099).
Repair or replace harness or connector.
