Checking for Limit Failures

There are two ways to check for limit failures:
Using SENSe and CALCulate
Using SENSe to check the channel limit failures in
return the following results:
SENSe:LIMit:FAIL?
SENSe:LIMit:FCOunt?
Use the equivalent CALCulate commands for checking window limit
failures.
