Format[:Readings]:Border <Character_Data - Agilent Technologies N1911A Programming Manual

FORMat[:READings]:BORDer <character_data>
This command controls whether the binary data is transferred in normal
or swapped Byte ORDer. It is only used when
FORMat[:READings][:DATA] is set to REAL.
