Reset Condition
On reset, gate 1 is set to 100 µs and other gates to 0 s.
Query
SENSe[1]]|SENSe2:SWEep[1]|2|3|4:TIME?
The query returns the current length of the time- gated period.

Error Messages
• If the command is used when a sensor other than a P- Series or E9320
