• The coordinates for the ellipse midpoint are to be specified as relative coordinates with
respect to the current position. Otherwise, mark_ellipse_rel is identical to
mark_ellipse_abs

As a signed 32-bit value.
Allowed value range: [–268,435,456...+268,435,455].
Out-of-range values are clipped to the boundary values.
Like dX (analogously).
Angle between elliptical half-axis a (defined by set_ellipse) and the x axis (see
mark_ellipse_abs). In degrees.
As a 64-bit IEEE floating point value.

Mode, the RTC6 multiplies the specified values for dX and dY by 16.
