coordinates with respect to the current position. Otherwise, timed_jump_rel is

As a 64-bit IEEE floating point value.
Allowed value range: [0...167,772,160]. The parameter is rounded to an
integer-multiple of 10. Out-of-range values are clipped.
If T < 5, then timed_jump_rel behaves like jump_rel.
